At Novelty Gardening Seeds, we are committed to providing high-quality novelty garden seeds. However, due to the nature of our products as live, perishable biological items (seeds), we have a strict no-refund policy.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or credits for any reason once an order has been processed and shipped. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Failure to germinate
  • Low or no germination rate
  • Unsatisfactory growth or plant performance
  • Issues related to planting method, soil conditions, watering, lighting, temperature, storage, or any other environmental/user-related factors
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit (unless you purchased our Guaranteed Delivery Insurance for eligible regions)
  • Any other dissatisfaction with the product

Why this policy exists Seeds are living products whose success depends on many variables beyond our control. We cannot test or guarantee germination or growth outcomes for every customer’s specific conditions. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for live seeds.

Exceptions (very limited)

  • If you purchased Guaranteed Delivery Insurance (available only for Canada & USA orders) and your package is officially confirmed lost/undelivered (per the insurance terms outlined in our Shipping section), we will provide one free reship to the original or a corrected address (at our discretion). This is the only form of replacement we offer—no cash refunds.
  • In extremely rare cases of clear and verifiable error on our part (e.g., we ship the completely wrong product), contact us immediately with photos and order details. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.

How to avoid issues

  • Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. (We only ship to the customers Credit Card billing address)
  • Store seeds properly upon receipt (cool, dry, dark place).
  • Follow basic germination guidelines (available on many gardening resources online).
  • Consider purchasing Guaranteed Delivery Insurance if shipping to Canada or the USA.
